Whether you choose to support our mission of providing quality of life to those facing life-limiting illnesses, honor the memory of a loved one or leave a legacy of support with a planned gift, please know that your gift is greatly appreciated.
Thanks to our donors' benevolence, Hospice Foundation can fulfill our promise of providing medical, spiritual and emotional support to all those in need of hospice care or services – regardless of their ability to pay.
This year's campaign is "It's Our Honor to Serve." Last year we provided $2,146,567 in charity care, free programming and write-offs, a record amount for CHC. For 36 years, CHC has been honored to serve as a trusted provider of skilled compassionate care for patients and their loved ones. We have been able to keep the promise we made when we opened our dorrs that no one eligible for hospice care would be turned away, regardless of their ability to pay, thanks to you and others in our community.
Online giving for this year’s Annual Appeal is a quick, safe, easy way to support our work.

A bequest or other planned gift to Hospice Foundation leaves a legacy of caring that extends beyond your lifetime. The opportunities available may allow you to make significant gifts with favorable tax consequences. There are three primary types of planned gifts, each with different benefits…
- Gifts that are payable upon the death of the donor,
- Gifts made outright that use appreciated assets rather than cash,
- Gifts have financial benefits for the donor, such as income, that come from the contribution;
To determine your needs and how best to make a planned gift, we would be happy to meet with you and your attorney or financial planner. There are many options available, depending on your circumstances.
