Veterans Tribute Ceremony Honors Loved Ones Who Served

On October 26, please join us at a special event to dedicate the memorial items donated to Center for Hospice Care's Veterans Memorial in honor of military loved ones. Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient James McCloughan will deliver remarks at the event, and loved ones will gather to dedicate their donated bricks, plaques, benches or trees. A brief reception will follow.

As a “We Honor Veterans” Level 4 Partner, Center for Hospice Care is pleased to create an opportunity for loved ones to honor their veterans in a special, permanent way. The Veterans Memorial offers many opportunities for people to honor and remember their loved ones. There are memorial bricks and wall plaques available for placement at the memorial during future dedication ceremonies. There are also naming opportunities available for other components of the memorial; including benches, flagpoles, trees, entry arbors, or “Poppies,” the centerpiece statue. For more information on these naming opportunities click here.

Please RSVP for this event by October 23 to Hannah Birong at 574.243.3119 or to
