Giving Options for Organizations

There are many ways for an organization to get involved and support the mission of Center for Hospice Care and the Hospice Foundation. Each method has its benefits and helps to demonstrate your commitment to the community, By combining our efforts and resources, we will be able to have a significant impact on the lives of many in our community.

We want to:

Corporate sponsorships of Hospice Foundation events such as the Helping Hands Award Dinner not only promote your company’s visibility in the communities we serve, it also highlights your dedication to making our community a better place to live by supporting our pledge to bring hospice services to those who need it.

Please contact Chris Taelman at 547-243-3713 or taelmanc@foundationforhospice.org.

Giving to Hospice Foundation can include donations other than cash. Giving property or other material goods can benefit both the giver and Hospice Foundation as it supports the work of Center for Hospice Care. The IRS has specific regulations dealing with gifts in kind that are more than $5,000. We suggest companies work closely with a tax advisor in planning in-kind gifts of this size or larger.

Please contact Mike Wargo at wargom@cfhcare.org.

Organizations are able to make a memorial gift in honor or in memory of someone.

Workplace giving programs benefit not only Center for Hospice Care, but also your organization and its employees. Organizations build employee engagement and morale, boost the community in which they operate and are viewed as good corporate citizens.

The Hospice Foundation is grateful for the generosity and hard work of many companies and organizations that support its mission through their independent fundraising efforts, grantsmanship and donations. As time and circumstances allow, we are pleased to lend a hand with publicity for these types of events.
