Building for the Future
For more than 34 years, Center for Hospice Care has provided the best possible hospice and palliative care services for patients and their loved ones. To ensure that those we care for receive the highest level of compassionate care, we have made it our goal to provide “Choices to Make the Most of Life.”
Those choices have grown and evolved tremendously over the years and included new facilities, new services, new ways of providing supportive care and new names for the organization.
What hasn’t changed is how we at CHC and Hospice Foundation approach our commitment of providing compassionate care to those we serve regardless of their ability to pay and our gratitude to those who have provided support for our mission.
We will continue to grow and change as the needs of those we serve evolve. Learn more about our initiatives in Elkhart and our new Mishawaka campus as we improve the quality of living for patients and their loved ones.
