We will dedicate the Ernestine M. Raclin House on the grounds of Center for Hospice Care’s Mishawaka Campus. on Tuesday, November 19. The new 12-bed inpatient care facility will be the home of comfort care. Opening the Raclin House is the culmination of the 5-year Cornerstones for Living: the Crossroads Campaign that raised over $12 million to help fund construction, along with endowments for programs like Camp Evergreen for grieving youth and After Images, Center for Hospice Care’s art therapy program, but most importantly ensured that nobody eligible for hospice care would be turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
