Yoga Series

The Center for Education and Advance Care Planning is excited to host a series of three yoga sessions. Each session will be prefaced with a brief discussion about the services the Center for Education and Advance Care Planning offers.

• June 23, 10am – End-of-life planning
• June 30, 10am – Advance Care Directives
• July 7, 10am – Honoring Choices

Yoga sessions will be led by Tiffany Neilson with Rest & Roar Yoga and take place at Center for Hospice Care’s Mishawaka Campus along the beautiful Mishawaka Riverwalk and adjacent to Central Park. With registration, participants will receive either a yoga mat or t-shirt.
