The Difference is in the Care

Center for Hospice Care’s dedication to improving quality of life sets us apart from the crowd, and that’s because our mission extends beyond end-of-life care. As times have changed, so have Center for Hospice Care’s service offerings. We still serve hospice patients and offer grief services to their families and the entire community. In addition, we have developed a robust palliative care program, offer education on end-of-life issues to professionals and the general public, and introduced a therapy dog to our continuum in 2024. 

With all these changes, one thing remains the same – at Center for Hospice Care, quality of care is our top priority! Your support of the 2025 Friends of Hospice helps ensure we continue to improve that level of quality.
