National Healthcare Decisions Day was created “to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning,” according to the Conversation Project.

Hospice Foundation recently published two new websites in support of the partnership between Center for Hospice Care/Hospice Foundation and the Palliative Care Association of Uganda.
